These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and School & College Management Software operated by Simption Tech Pvt Ltd ("Simption", "we", "us", "our"), CIN U72900MP2016PTC041268, registered office B-32, IT Park, Bhopal (M.P.), India. By using this website or subscribing to our software, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this site by any third party. Content submitted through our forms (name, contact details, enquiries) must be accurate.
2. Software Subscription
Access to the Simption School & College Management Software is provided under a separate subscription/plan agreed with your institution at the time of purchase. Plan features, pricing and support terms are as communicated at the time of subscription and may be updated for future renewal periods with reasonable notice.
3. Institution & User Responsibilities
A subscribing school or college remains responsible for the accuracy of data it enters into the software (students, staff, fees, attendance) and for obtaining any consents required from parents, students or staff to process that data through our platform. Login credentials issued to a school's staff must be kept confidential and not shared outside authorized use.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, designs, logos and content on this website are the property of Simption Tech Pvt Ltd unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced or reverse-engineered without prior written consent.
5. Payments & Fees
Where our software facilitates fee collection on behalf of an institution, payments are processed through third-party payment gateways subject to their own terms. Simption is not responsible for delays or failures caused by those third-party providers.
6. Limitation of Liability
The website and software are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simption shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or software, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or third-party gateway failures, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the software for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms, subject to the notice periods set out in an institution's subscription agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
