Does Telecaller24 record calls?
No. We capture call details — number, direction, duration, time — plus the remark and status your rep adds. We do not record audio, by design, and the app has no microphone permission.
Will it work on iPhone?
Telecaller24 is an Android app. iOS does not allow any app to access the call log, so no product on any platform can honestly offer this on iPhone. Almost all field and telecalling teams in India work on Android 8.0 or above.
Do reps need a new SIM or number?
No. They keep their existing number and dial exactly as they do today — from the contact list, from recent calls, from a WhatsApp tap. Every call is captured either way.
Will my team’s personal calls show up?
Personal numbers can be excluded so they never appear in reports. The exclusion is applied on the handset and the list never leaves the phone, so nobody — including us — is told which numbers are on it.
What if a rep is in a low-network area?
Everything is stored on the phone and uploads automatically when the network returns. Nothing is lost. Sync runs roughly every fifteen minutes and can be forced from the app.
Do reps have to enter data for this to work?
No. Call capture is fully automatic. Remarks, tags and follow-ups take about four seconds after a call and that is where the extra value comes from — but your basic reporting works even if nobody ever types a word.
Will it drain the battery?
It is built to sit quietly in the background with minimal battery impact. On the Field plan, location is sampled at intervals inside the work-hour window and stops entirely outside it.
Is using this legal for my company?
Yes, when used transparently on working numbers with employee consent, which is standard practice. Hand out the employee consent notice before you install anything — it is a template written for exactly this, and §5 of the terms makes it your obligation.
How long does setup take?
Typically one working day. We create your account, add your team, and walk your manager through the dashboard on a call.
Can we start small?
Yes. Minimum 5 numbers, with a 15-day free trial before you pay anything and no card held.
What happens if an employee leaves?
Their call history, remarks and follow-ups stay in your account. You reassign their leads and their number to another rep and the work continues from what was already said.
Can I get my data out?
Any time, as CSV, for any date range, on every plan and at no charge. A REST API, outbound webhooks and Zapier are available as an add-on.
