About Simption

We built it for the person managing the calls.

Before Telecaller24 existed, this is what a day looked like in the businesses we were working with. Lead lists went out on WhatsApp. Somebody kept a spreadsheet that was two days behind. And the only record of what happened between nine and seven was whatever a rep remembered to say when asked.

Nobody in that picture is doing anything wrong. There is simply no record being made. The company is paying for the calls, paying for the leads, paying for the petrol — and owning none of the information any of it produced.

So we built the smallest thing that fixes it: assignment, capture, follow-up and target progress on one dashboard, fed by the call log the phone already keeps, so that nobody has to write a report for it to be true.

01 · THE CONSTRAINTS

Four things we decided early

Each of these rules out something we could sell. We have kept them anyway, and they are the reason the product looks the way it does.

1. Build for the rep, not just the manager

Every rep gets their own browser portal and their own scorecard, on the same weights the manager sees. A tool that only points one way gets uninstalled by the people it points at, and the data gets worse from month two onwards. The rep’s own route view was built before the admin map, on purpose.

2. Don’t collect what we don’t need

No audio. No message content. No browsing history. No address-book upload. A rep excludes their own personal numbers on their own handset, and that exclusion list never leaves the phone — not to us, not to their employer. On the Field plan, location runs inside the configured work window and stops outside it.

3. Say the limitation out loud

Android only, because iOS does not allow call-log access and an honest iPhone version is not possible. No call recording. Not a field-force suite — no order capture, no stock reconciliation, no beat planning. If your regulator requires recorded verification calls, we are not it. We would rather lose a deal at the first call than at the third month.

4. Price it so a ten-person team can say yes

₹149, ₹249 and ₹449 per number per month, against products at ₹599 to ₹1,099 built for funded sales organisations with an operations person to run them. A ten-person team does not have that person. The price has to survive that fact, and so does the setup time.

02 · THE AWKWARD PART

On customer logos

You will not find a logo wall on this site, a wall of testimonials, or a “1,000+ businesses” counter. Not because there are no customers, but because Telecaller24 is early — and we would rather tell you that than borrow someone else’s credibility to hide it.

What we can offer instead is a product you can see all of before you pay: the full feature inventory, the whole price list on one page, and a 15-day trial on five numbers with no card held. Judge it on that.

03 · SIGNED

If you want to argue with any of the above, the fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp. We read all of it.
