The same reminder is also pushed from our server. If the alarm was killed, the push still lands.

The rep’s list opens on what is late: overdue, then today, then this week. Snoozes are allowed and recorded.

Questions people actually ask
Why doesn’t every app do this?
The failure is invisible from the vendor’s side. The server sent the push, so the dashboard says delivered.
Does the rep have to change phone settings?
Sometimes, on aggressive manufacturer builds. The app says which setting and opens it for them.
What if the rep force-closes the app?
The server push still goes out. It does not depend on the app being open.
Can a manager see who is letting follow-ups slip?
Yes. Follow-ups kept against follow-ups set, per person. It feeds the monthly scorecard.
Can reminders be snoozed?
Yes. The snooze is recorded, so a follow-up pushed four times is visible.
