Follow-ups & reminders

Follow-up Reminders That Actually Fire

Sent twice, verified on the device, on every Android phone — where every other sales app goes quiet.

Free for 5 numbers. No credit card. Android.

The reminder didn't fail loudly. That's the problem.

Every Android phone ships with aggressive battery optimisation. To save power, it kills background apps — including the one holding your rep's follow-up schedule. Nothing crashes. No error appears. The reminder simply never arrives.

Nobody notices until a customer who was ready to buy has gone quiet, and by then there's nothing to look at — no failed notification, no log line, no way to prove it happened. Most teams conclude the rep forgot.

This is the single most common reason sales apps get uninstalled — and almost nobody in this market has fixed it properly.

What Telecaller24 does about it, on every phone:

So we send every reminder twice — and then verify it landed.

Redundancy first, diagnosis second. That combination is the whole feature.

1

A local alarm on the device

Scheduled with the OS alarm service, so it fires even with no network and even if the app has been swiped away.

2

A server push, sent in parallel

If the phone killed our background process entirely, the push still lands. Two independent paths to the same reminder — one has to get through.

3

Reminder Health Check

A screen your rep can run in five seconds. It tests whether reminders actually pop up on this specific phone, tells them in plain language what's blocking it, and links straight to the exact setting.

Ask any other vendor to show you a reminder health check. They can't.

A follow-up is only worth setting if it comes back.

Everything below assumes the reminder arrives. That assumption is the hard part, and it's the part we built first.

Set it in four seconds, while the call is still warm

The call ends, a card appears over whatever's on screen. Status, a one-line note, a follow-up time. No app to open, nothing to type twice.

Overdue is a number your rep sees first

The dashboard opens on what's due today and what's already slipped. Not buried in a report a manager reads on Friday — in front of the person who can still fix it.

Nothing waits on a signal

Notes and statuses queue on the device and upload the moment connectivity returns — with a visible count of what's still pending, so nobody has to trust that it worked.

Built to be fair to your team — and to keep you protected.

A tool your team resents is a tool your team uninstalls. Telecaller24 is deliberately designed to be something you can explain openly in your Monday meeting.

We don't record calls.

Not as a limitation — as a decision. Recording customer conversations without their consent creates liability for you under the DPDP Act. Telecaller24 captures what happened, not what was said.

Personal calls stay personal.

Your reps can exclude any number — family, doctor, friends — and those calls never leave their phone. Ever.

Location only during work hours.

GPS starts when the workday starts and stops when it ends. Evenings and Sundays are nobody's business but theirs.

Your data is yours.

Export it any time. Cancel and we delete it.

Built for the phones your team already has.

Works on any Android phone, on the SIM they already use. Dual-SIM supported — pick which SIM places the call.

Honest note

Telecaller24 is Android-only. Apple does not allow any app to read the iPhone call log — that's an iOS restriction, not a gap in our product. If your team is on iPhones, no call tracking app of this kind can work, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something else.

Frequently asked questions

Why can't other apps just do the same thing?

Most can, technically. They haven't, because it only shows up as a problem after months of use, and by then the customer has blamed their reps rather than the software. We built for it first because we hit it first.

Does the rep have to change phone settings?

Usually one setting, once. The Health Check detects it, explains it in plain language and links straight there — it takes about fifteen seconds, and the app tells you if it didn't work.

What if the rep force-closes the app?

The local alarm is registered with the operating system, not with our app process, so it still fires. The server push is a second independent path.

Can a manager see who is letting follow-ups go overdue?

Yes — overdue follow-ups roll up per person on the dashboard, and the daily digest email carries the same list.

Can reps snooze a follow-up?

Yes, and the snooze is recorded. A follow-up pushed four times is a signal worth seeing, so we don't hide it.

Is this on every plan?
