Do you capture orders?
No. No order capture, no stock reconciliation, no scheme management. We cover who was called, who was visited and what was said. Run us alongside your DMS.
What does GPS do to phone battery?
Location is sampled at intervals inside the work window and stops outside it entirely. It is a small share of screen-off drain on a normal working day.
Can a manager see where someone is on a Sunday?
No. Outside the configured working window nothing is collected, so there is nothing to show — at any permission level.
What happens where there is no network?
Calls and location points buffer on the handset and upload when coverage returns. Rural beats come back complete, just later in the day.
Can office staff be on a cheaper plan?
Yes. Plans are per number: order-desk staff on Track at ₹149 or Pro at ₹249, the field team on Field at ₹449.
Do you handle retailer credit or outstanding?
No, and please do not type it into a call note. That belongs in your accounting or distribution system.
