Renewals and callbacks do not fail loudly

They fail six weeks later, when a policy lapses and nobody can say who was supposed to call. Put your own numbers in and see the size of the leak.

01 · WHAT THIS TEAM NEEDS

What a regulated calling floor needs

Duplicate-pitch prevention, framed correctly

Two agents pitching the same customer in the same week is not just embarrassing — in a regulated sale it is a complaint waiting to be filed. Company-wide number lookup shows who spoke to this customer last and what was said, before anyone dials.

Renewal and callback reminders, six weeks out

Set the follow-up the day the policy is sold. It fires on two channels, twice, on a handset that may have been rebooted a dozen times since.

Bulk assignment across the floor

Assign a renewal list or a fresh enquiry batch by name or round-robin, with attempt counting per lead.

An activity trail without recordings

Who called, when, for how long, what status was set and what note was left — per policy, per agent, exportable.

Honest working hours

First activity to last, minus gaps over thirty minutes. A defensible number for a conversation about productivity.

02 · HOW IT LANDS

Deploying across a DSA network

Agents keep their own numbers, which matters when a customer calls back about a policy they bought last year. Plans are per number, so a fifteen-person office and four freelance DSAs can sit on the same account with different plans. Deactivating an agent keeps the trail and frees the seat.

Recurring renewals, tracked call by call
03 · WHAT WE WILL NOT DO

Built to be fair to your team

Four promises the product keeps whether or not anyone is checking.

We don’t record calls

No audio, ever. The app reads the call log your phone already keeps — number, direction, time, duration. Nothing is listened to.

Personal calls stay personal

A rep excludes any number themselves, on their own phone. The exclusion list never leaves the handset and nobody is told which numbers are on it.

Location only during work hours

On the Field plan, the route trail runs inside the window you configure and stops outside it. Not a setting an administrator can quietly switch off.

Your data is yours

Export the whole thing to CSV any time. Cancel and we keep it 30 days, then delete it — including the backups.

04 · WHAT IT RUNS ON

Built for the phones your team already has

Telecaller24 is Android only, and it will stay that way. iOS forbids an app from reading the call log — and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something else.

05 · WHAT IT COSTS
₹149

per number per month · minimum 5 numbers

EXCLUDING GST · 3, 6 OR 12-MONTH TERMS

Three plans. Track at ₹149, Pro at ₹249, Field at ₹449 — per number, per month. No setup fee on Track and Pro.

06 · THE QUESTION THAT DECIDES THIS

“Don’t we need call recordings for compliance?”

If your regulator mandates recorded verification calls, we’re honestly not it. Telecaller24 does not record audio, and no configuration makes it.

What it gives you is a complete metadata and activity trail — who called whom, when, for how long, with what outcome and what note, exportable and API-accessible. For a lot of DSA and NBFC floors that is precisely what was missing. For a regulated verification call it is not a substitute, and we would rather you knew that today than in month three.

07 · STRAIGHT ANSWERS

The rest of what insurance teams ask

Can we prove an agent contacted a customer before a policy lapsed?

Yes — the call record, the timestamp, the duration, the status set and the note, exportable to CSV or pulled over the API.

How does this stop two agents chasing the same lead?

Number lookup before dialling, duplicate detection on the last ten digits at import, and attempt counting per lead. The second agent sees the first agent’s conversation before they pick up the phone.

Do agents need company SIMs?

No. Their own numbers, their own handsets, their own dialer.

Can we separate teams and branches?

Yes — teams, three roles and per-page permissions, so a branch manager sees their branch and nothing else.

What about DPDP obligations?

You are the data controller and Simption is the processor. There is a full data processing addendum, data is hosted in India, and breach notification is within 72 hours.

How far ahead can a renewal reminder be set?

As far as you like — teams routinely set them eleven months out. The reminder is registered as a local alarm on the handset and mirrored by a server push, so it survives reboots, app updates and a new phone, because it is restored on the next sign-in.
