How much do I earn?

15% of what your customer pays, recurring for as long as they stay — every renewal, not just the first sale.

Is the commission really recurring?

Yes. If you introduce a 20-number team on Pro and they stay three years, you're paid for three years.

Do I need to be a Telecaller24 customer?

No. Signing up as a partner is free and there's no minimum to start earning. Plenty of our partners do use it themselves, which makes the introduction easier.

When and how do I get paid?

Quarterly, by bank transfer, calculated on realised revenue before taxes. You'll get a statement showing which accounts the payment covers.

Can I run paid ads on the Telecaller24 brand name?

No. Bidding on our brand terms competes with our own spend and inflates the cost of a customer we'd have got anyway. It's the one hard rule in the partner terms.

What counts as a qualified introduction?

A business with a sales or field team of five or more, on Android, who agrees to a conversation with us. Sending a list of scraped numbers doesn't count.
