The portal leads you paid for, and the ones nobody called
You buy enquiries from 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing at a real price per lead. Move the sliders to whatever is true for your desk and see what the uncalled share is worth.
ESTIMATED ANNUAL LOSS
₹9,00,000 a month · 120 enquiries a month nobody called back
BOTH BARS ARE DRAWN TO THE SAME SCALE · EXCLUDING GST
Five things a property desk needs that a general CRM does not do
Bulk-assign portal leads the morning they land
Import the day’s 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing exports, map the columns once, and assign the whole batch by name or round-robin. Duplicates across portals collapse on the last ten digits, so the same buyer is not pitched twice by two agents at your own firm.
Follow-ups that survive the weekend
“Call me Saturday after I see the site.” A local alarm plus a server push, fired twice, so Monday does not start with an apology.
Who else called this buyer?
Look up the number before you dial and see the last conversation anyone at the firm had with them, and when.
Site-visit route trail
Distance for the day, replayable, inside work hours only — so travel reimbursement is a number, not a negotiation. Field plan.
No recordings of a price negotiation
There is no audio in this product. What a buyer was quoted stays between the people on the call.
What the first fortnight usually looks like
Week one, the uncontacted list is longer than anyone expected and somebody spends two afternoons on it. Week two, the argument about who called which buyer stops, because the number lookup settles it in three seconds. Nothing about how your agents work changes — they keep their SIM, their number and their dialer.

Built to be fair to your team
Four promises the product keeps whether or not anyone is checking.
We don’t record calls
No audio, ever. The app reads the call log your phone already keeps — number, direction, time, duration. Nothing is listened to.
Personal calls stay personal
A rep excludes any number themselves, on their own phone. The exclusion list never leaves the handset and nobody is told which numbers are on it.
Location only during work hours
On the Field plan, the route trail runs inside the window you configure and stops outside it. Not a setting an administrator can quietly switch off.
Your data is yours
Export the whole thing to CSV any time. Cancel and we keep it 30 days, then delete it — including the backups.

EXCLUDING GST · 3, 6 OR 12-MONTH TERMS

Questions this industry always asks
My agents will resist this on their personal phones.
Some will, and the honest answer is to give them the consent notice before you install anything. It says in plain language that there is no audio, that they exclude their own personal numbers on their own handset, and that location is Field-only and work-hours-bounded. Teams that hand that out first get a much easier rollout than teams that do not.
We already have a CRM. Does this replace it?
No. It feeds it. Telecaller24 owns the calling layer and pushes out over CSV, the REST API, webhooks, Zapier or a Google Sheet.
What is the actual return on this?
Work it out on the calculator above with your own numbers. For most desk-sized teams the first month is covered by one deal that would otherwise have been a lead nobody returned.
How long does setup take?
Fifteen minutes to configure, an afternoon to get every handset installed and signed in. Data starts arriving on the first sync.
Can we see which portal a lead came from?
Yes — a per-source arrival log, so cost-per-closed-deal by portal becomes an actual number rather than a feeling.
Half our agents are freelance and churn constantly.
That is the strongest argument for it. Deactivate a leaving agent and the customer history stays with the firm; reassign their numbers to whoever takes over and the next call starts from what was already said.
