Call Tracking for Hospital & Clinic Teams

Every appointment enquiry called back. Every review reminder kept. And no recordings of patient conversations sitting on anyone's server.

What are missed appointment calls costing you?

Estimated loss

You're leaving ₹1,35,000 on the table every month.

That's ₹16,20,000 a year — from leads you already paid for.

Telecaller24 costs ₹249 per number per month.

Want the itemised breakdown?

Lead-by-lead maths, what a realistic recovery looks like, and what it would cost you to fix it.

Built for a front desk that is always mid-conversation.

The reception phone rings while someone is already at the counter. What matters is what happens to the call that didn't get answered.

  • Every unanswered call, in one list

The enquiries that rang out during a busy hour, collected and assignable, so someone calls back that afternoon instead of nobody ever knowing they rang.

  • Review and follow-up reminders that arrive

A post-procedure review call scheduled three weeks out has to fire. Ours goes out twice by two independent routes, and the health check flags a phone that's blocking notifications.

  • No recordings, by design

Patient conversations are among the most sensitive data your organisation touches. We capture that a call happened, its duration and the outcome the staff member logged — never the audio.

  • “Has anyone already called this patient?”

Two staff members calling the same person about the same appointment is confusing at best. One lookup before dialling prevents it.

  • Front-desk activity you can staff against

Busy-hours reporting shows when calls actually arrive. If your enquiries peak at 6pm and your desk thins out at 5, that's a rota problem you can only see on a chart.

Built to be fair to your team — and to keep you protected.

A tool your team resents is a tool your team uninstalls. Telecaller24 is deliberately designed to be something you can explain openly in your Monday meeting.

We don't record calls.

Not as a limitation — as a decision. Recording customer conversations without their consent creates liability for you under the DPDP Act. Telecaller24 captures what happened, not what was said.

Personal calls stay personal.

Your reps can exclude any number — family, doctor, friends — and those calls never leave their phone. Ever.

Location only during work hours.

GPS starts when the workday starts and stops when it ends. Evenings and Sundays are nobody's business but theirs.

Your data is yours.

Export it any time. Cancel and we delete it.

Built for the phones your team already has.

Works on any Android phone, on the SIM they already use. Dual-SIM supported — pick which SIM places the call.

Honest note

Telecaller24 is Android-only. Apple does not allow any app to read the iPhone call log — that's an iOS restriction, not a gap in our product. If your team is on iPhones, no call tracking app of this kind can work, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something else.

Frequently asked questions

Is patient data safe here?

We store the phone number, call metadata and whatever note your staff member chooses to write — never call audio. Access is role-based, data is exportable and deletable on request, and our Data Processing Addendum sets out our obligations as processor.

Do you record calls for quality checks?

No — deliberately. Recording patient conversations without explicit consent creates significant liability under the DPDP Act. If recorded quality audits are a hard requirement for you, we're not the right fit and we'd rather say so now.

Should staff write clinical details in notes?

No, and we'd advise against it. Notes are for sales and scheduling context — “wants Saturday morning”, “asked about package pricing”. Clinical records belong in your HIS or EMR.

We have multiple branches. Can we separate them?

Yes. Assign staff to a branch and give managers visibility over their own location, with a combined view at the top.

Our front-desk staff turn over quickly.

Add numbers mid-cycle at pro-rata and remove them at no charge, or point a seat at a replacement. Handover takes minutes because there's nothing to migrate.

Do staff need email addresses to log in?

No. They sign in with an employee ID and their mobile number.
