Partner Terms
Twelve sections behind the partner programme: 15% recurring commission on realised pre-tax subscription revenue, 90-day attribution, quarterly payment in INR.

Pre-launch note. This document is written and in force as published, but it has not yet been dated and reviewed by external counsel. We would rather say that here than leave you to discover it. If you are running a procurement or security review and need the counsel-reviewed version, email us and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
1. Joining
Applications are reviewed manually. We may decline or later remove a partner at our discretion, in particular where the conduct rules below are breached. Joining is free and there is no minimum sales requirement.
2. Commission
- 15% of realised subscription revenue from customers you introduce, calculated before taxes.
- Recurring — payable for as long as the customer remains subscribed, including renewals, not only on the first sale.
- Calculated on amounts actually received by us. Refunded, charged-back or unpaid invoices generate no commission, and commission already paid on a subsequently refunded amount is offset against future payments.
- Setup fees, taxes and any third-party charges are excluded from the commission base.
3. Attribution
A customer is attributed to you if they sign up within 90 days of your referral, either through your referral link or through a lead you submitted and we accepted. Where two partners could claim the same customer, the earlier accepted referral takes precedence. A business that is already in an active sales conversation with us, or that is already a customer, cannot be claimed.
4. What counts as a qualified introduction
A business with a sales or field team of five or more people, using Android devices, who has agreed to a conversation with us. Bulk lists of contacts who have not agreed to be contacted are not referrals and may result in removal from the programme.
5. Payment
Commission is paid quarterly by bank transfer, with a statement identifying the accounts covered. Payments are made in Indian rupees. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we will deduct tax at source where the law requires it. We may set a minimum payout threshold and carry balances below it into the next quarter.
6. Conduct
- You may not bid on “Telecaller24”, “Track Buddy”, “Simption” or close variants in paid search, or use them in ad copy, display URLs or domain names.
- You may not represent yourself as Telecaller24 or Simption, or as an employee, agent or reseller of either.
- You may not make claims about the product beyond what is published on this website, and in particular may not promise features, prices or outcomes we have not stated.
- You may not offer unauthorised discounts, rebates or cashback in our name.
- You may not use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any method that breaches telemarketing or data-protection law.
- You may not register domains, social handles or app listings containing our brand names.
Brand bidding competes with our own spend and inflates the cost of a customer we would have acquired anyway. It is the one rule we enforce without warning: it results in forfeiture of unpaid commission and removal from the programme.
7. Use of our brand
You may use the Telecaller24 name and logo to describe your participation in the programme, unmodified and without implying endorsement of your own products. We may ask you to stop or to correct a specific use, and you agree to comply promptly.
8. Data protection
When you submit a lead, you confirm that the individual is aware their details are being shared with us and that you have any consent required by law. We handle those details in line with our Privacy Policy. You may not share customer data you receive through the programme with anyone else.
9. Relationship
The programme creates an independent-contractor relationship. It is not an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship, and it is not exclusive on either side. You have no authority to contract on our behalf.
10. Termination
Either side may leave the programme at any time on written notice. Commission on customers already attributed to you continues to be paid while they remain subscribed, unless you were removed for a breach of section 6, in which case unpaid commission is forfeited.
11. Changes
We may change these terms, including commission rates, on 30 days' notice by email. Rate changes apply to revenue recognised after the change, not retroactively.
