Questions people actually ask
What does it do to battery?
Location is sampled inside the work window, not streamed. Outside it, the app collects nothing.
Can a manager track someone after hours?
No. Outside the window nothing is collected, so there is nothing to see.
Why does Field have a ₹299 setup fee when Track and Pro don’t?
Field needs setup per user: the work-hour window, background-location permission and a check of the phone’s power settings. It is a one-time ₹299 per user.
What happens with no signal?
Points are held on the phone and upload when the network returns.
Can part of the team be on Field and part on Pro?
Yes. Plans are per number, so office callers can sit on Pro at ₹249 while the field team is on Field at ₹449.
Do you replace a full field-force suite?
No. There is no order capture, stock tracking or beat planning. If you need those, use a distribution management suite alongside us.
