The route trail, with distance
Where the rep went, in order, with total distance for the day — replayable day by day. It is a history, not a live pin: you look at yesterday to settle a reimbursement, not at 3:14pm to see where somebody is.
Calls from the road
Every call the rep made between visits, attached to the same day. The two questions — who did you call, and where did you go — stop being two separate arguments.
Real working hours, with idle-gap detection
First activity to last, minus gaps over thirty minutes. That subtraction is the number most tools get wrong: without it, a phone left on a desk looks like a nine-hour day.

We don’t record calls
No audio, ever. The app reads the call log your phone already keeps — number, direction, time, duration. Nothing is listened to.
Personal calls stay personal
A rep excludes any number themselves, on their own phone. The exclusion list never leaves the handset and nobody is told which numbers are on it.
Location only during work hours
On the Field plan, the route trail runs inside the window you configure and stops outside it. Not a setting an administrator can quietly switch off.
Your data is yours
Export the whole thing to CSV any time. Cancel and we keep it 30 days, then delete it — including the backups.

Questions people actually ask
What does it do to battery?
Location is sampled at intervals inside the work window rather than streamed continuously, and it stops entirely outside it. On a normal working day the app is a small share of screen-off drain — well under what a maps app in the background costs.
Can a manager track someone after hours?
No. Outside the configured window nothing is collected, so there is nothing to look at — on any account, at any permission level.
Why does Field have a ₹299 setup fee when Track and Pro don’t?
Because Field needs a real configuration pass per user: the work-hour window, the geo-gating, background-location permission on each handset, and a check that the manufacturer’s power settings will not kill it. That is a one-time ₹299 per user, and it is stated on the pricing page rather than in a footnote.
What happens with no signal?
Points are buffered on the handset and upload when the network returns. A day in a low-coverage area comes back complete, just later.
Can part of the team be on Field and part on Pro?
Yes. Plans are per number, so office callers can sit on Pro at ₹249 while the field team is on Field at ₹449.
Do you replace a full field-force suite?
No. There is no order capture, no stock reconciliation, no beat planning and no retailer scheme management. If you need those, buy a distribution management suite — most teams run us alongside one.
