Refund Policy
Ten sections on the trial, refunds, mid-term changes and taxes. We have kept the reasoning visible where a rule looks one-sided, because the reasoning is the part that makes it fair.

Pre-launch note. This document is written and in force as published, but it has not yet been dated and reviewed by external counsel. We would rather say that here than leave you to discover it. If you are running a procurement or security review and need the counsel-reviewed version, email us and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
Short version
- • 15 days free on every plan, 5 numbers, no card held.
- • Full refund of your first payment if you ask within 14 days.
- • After that, terms run to their end. Removals are free but not refunded — which is exactly why reassigning a seat costs nothing.
The sections below are the whole of it. This card is a summary, not a substitute.
1. The free trial
Every new account gets 15 days free on up to 5 phone numbers. We do not collect card details for the trial, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing charges when it ends. If you decide not to continue, your data stays available for 30 days in case you change your mind, and is then deleted.
2. First 14 days after payment
If you subscribe and conclude within 14 days of your first payment that Telecaller24 isn't right for your team, email hello@telecaller24.comand we will refund that payment in full. We would rather return the money than hold a customer who isn't getting value.
This applies to your first subscription payment only, not to renewals, and not where the account has been suspended for breach of the Terms of Service.
3. After 14 days
Subscriptions are paid in advance for a fixed term of 3, 6 or 12 months. After the first 14 days we do not refund the unused portion of a term. You can cancel at any time, which stops the subscription renewing; the service continues until the end of the term you have already paid for.
4. Adding and removing numbers
- Numbers added mid-term are charged pro-rata for the days remaining in the term.
- Numbers removed mid-term are removed at no charge, and no refund arises for the removed number. The seat can be reassigned to a replacement at any time at no cost.
- This is deliberate: seat churn is normal in Indian sales teams, and reassigning a seat is free precisely because we do not refund removals.
5. Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro-rata for the remainder of the term. Downgrades take effect at renewal, not mid-term, and do not generate a refund of the difference.
6. The Field setup fee
The one-time ₹299 per-user setup fee on the Field plan covers work-hour configuration and GPS validation on your team's actual devices. Once that work has been carried out the fee is non-refundable, including where a full-term refund is granted under section 2.
7. Add-ons
Add-ons are billed monthly alongside your plan and can be switched off at any time, taking effect at your next billing date. Amounts already billed are not refunded.
8. If we cancel
If we discontinue the service or terminate your account for a reason other than your breach of the Terms of Service, we will refund the unused portion of your term on a pro-rata basis.
9. How to request a refund
Email hello@telecaller24.com from the address on the account, or message us on WhatsApp. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Bank or gateway charges, where they apply, are deducted at cost.
10. Taxes
GST is refunded along with the amount refunded, and a credit note is issued. Where a refund is partial, GST is adjusted proportionally.
