Questions people actually ask
How small a team can use this?
Five numbers is the minimum, on any plan. There is no upper limit. Volume pricing starts at twenty-five.
What happens if we add someone mid-cycle?
Additions are charged pro-rata to the end of the term. Removals are free and immediate. Reassigning a freed seat costs nothing.
What roles are there?
Owner, manager and viewer, plus per-page permissions on top.
Do team members really not need an email address?
Correct. Reps use an employee ID and a password the admin sets.
How current is the dashboard?
Phones sync about every fifteen minutes. The Sync Health view shows which phones have gone quiet, so silence is not mistaken for no calls.
What happens to the data when someone leaves?
Deactivate them. Their history and notes stay with the company. Hand the number to the next rep; calls are credited to whoever held it at the time.
