Telecalling CRM

The Telecalling CRM Your Team Will Actually Use

Because it asks for four seconds after a call, not four minutes.

Free for 5 numbers. No credit card. Android.

Every CRM works in the demo.

The problem shows up in week three, when the rep who was filling in every field starts filling in none of them. Not out of laziness — because a CRM built for a desk job asks a person on their twelfth call of the day to stop, switch apps, find the record, and type.

So the data goes stale, the pipeline stops matching reality, and the manager goes back to asking people what happened.

Telecaller24 inverts it. The call log is the source of truth, captured automatically. The rep only adds what a machine can't know: what the customer said, and when to call back.

A calling loop that closes without anyone maintaining it.

1

You assign the list

Upload leads in bulk and split them across the team. Everyone opens the app to their own list, not a shared sheet.

2

They call and tap

The after-call card appears the moment the call ends. Status, note, follow-up time — four seconds, while it's fresh.

3

The pipeline updates itself

Target completion, lead status history and who hasn't been contacted are all derived from calls that already happened. Nobody compiles a report.

Targets, tags and the lookup that stops duplicate calls.

The parts of a CRM a telecalling team genuinely uses — and nothing they don't.

Assigned target lists, with progress the rep can see

Upload leads in bulk and assign them. Each rep opens to their own list — pending, done, and a called-today count against their target. Notes from the last conversation sit on the card.

“Has anyone here already called this lead?”

Before dialling, your rep sees every previous call to that number by anyone in the company — who called, when, and what happened. Three reps calling the same enquiry in one week looks amateur to the customer. One lookup prevents it.

Statuses that match how you actually sell

Custom tags set by your admin, applied in a tap from the after-call card. Lead status history is kept, so you can see how long a deal sat at each stage rather than only where it is now.

Built to be fair to your team — and to keep you protected.

A tool your team resents is a tool your team uninstalls. Telecaller24 is deliberately designed to be something you can explain openly in your Monday meeting.

We don't record calls.

Not as a limitation — as a decision. Recording customer conversations without their consent creates liability for you under the DPDP Act. Telecaller24 captures what happened, not what was said.

Personal calls stay personal.

Your reps can exclude any number — family, doctor, friends — and those calls never leave their phone. Ever.

Location only during work hours.

GPS starts when the workday starts and stops when it ends. Evenings and Sundays are nobody's business but theirs.

Your data is yours.

Export it any time. Cancel and we delete it.

Built for the phones your team already has.

Works on any Android phone, on the SIM they already use. Dual-SIM supported — pick which SIM places the call.

Honest note

Telecaller24 is Android-only. Apple does not allow any app to read the iPhone call log — that's an iOS restriction, not a gap in our product. If your team is on iPhones, no call tracking app of this kind can work, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something else.

Frequently asked questions

We already use a CRM. Does this replace it?

No — it feeds it. Your CRM knows what your reps typed. Telecaller24 knows what actually happened on the phone. Most teams run both, and we push data into yours via the API, Zapier or a Sheets sync.

Can we import leads from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Upload in bulk, assign across the team, and track completion per person. Adding leads mid-campaign is normal and doesn't disturb anything already in progress.

Who can see which leads?

Reps see the leads assigned to them. Managers see everything. Roles are set per user from the web dashboard.

Do reps have to dial from inside the app?

They can — there's a dialer with T9 search and one-tap WhatsApp — but they don't have to. Calls made from the native phone app are captured the same way.

What happens to a lead nobody contacts?

It surfaces in a Leads Not Contacted list rather than sitting quietly at the bottom of somebody's screen.

Is the after-call card annoying for reps?

It's a toggle. In practice reps keep it on, because it's the difference between logging a call in four seconds now and reconstructing their day at 7pm.
