Terms of Service

1. The service

Telecaller24 consists of an Android application installed on devices you authorise, and a web dashboard for administrators. The app records call metadata, follow-ups and — on the Field plan — location during a configured work-hour window, and makes it available to your administrators.

Telecaller24 does not record call audio. It requires Android 8.0 or later. It is not available on iOS, because Apple does not permit applications to read the iPhone call log.

2. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Telecaller24 for your internal business purposes for the duration of your subscription. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the software, and you may not use it to build a competing product.

3. Trial

New accounts receive a 15-day trial for up to 5 phone numbers. We do not take card details for the trial, so nothing charges automatically when it ends. If you do not subscribe, your data remains available for 30 days and is then deleted.

4. Subscriptions, billing and changes

• Plans are priced per phone number per month and billed for a term of 3, 6 or 12 months, in advance.
• The minimum subscription is 5 phone numbers.
• Numbers added mid-term are charged pro-rata for the remainder of the term.
• Numbers removed mid-term are removed at no charge; the seat may be reassigned. No refund arises from a removal — see the Refund Policy.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at renewal, not mid-term.
• The Field plan carries a one-time setup fee of ₹299 per user, covering work-hour configuration and GPS validation on your devices.
• All prices exclude GST and applicable taxes. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.

We may change prices for future terms with at least 30 days' notice before your renewal. Your current term is unaffected.

5. Your responsibilities as the deploying business read this section carefully

You decide whose phones Telecaller24 is installed on and what your team is told. Those are your decisions, and the legal responsibility for them sits with you.

• You must inform every person whose device runs the app about what is collected, and obtain any consent required by applicable law. We publish an Employee Consent Notice you can use for this.
• You must not install the app on a device without the knowledge of the person who uses it.
• You are the data controller for your team's data; we are the processor. Our obligations are set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
• You are responsible for keeping administrator credentials secure and for the actions taken under your account.
• You must comply with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and any telecom or sector-specific regulation that applies to you.

6. Acceptable use read this section carefully

You may not use Telecaller24:

• To place calls that breach telemarketing or do-not-call regulations.
• To install the app covertly on the device of a person who has not been informed.
• To harass or stalk any individual, or to collect data about a person outside a legitimate employment relationship.
• To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another customer's data.
• In any way that breaches applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund, and we will do so where we believe the app is being used against an individual's knowledge.

7. Your data

You own your data. You can export it at any time in CSV format at no charge. We use it only to provide and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on standard plans. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside Indian business hours where possible. Support is available by WhatsApp and email during Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm; the Field plan includes priority WhatsApp support.

Reminder delivery depends in part on the device manufacturer's power management. We send every reminder by two independent paths and provide a Reminder Health Check to diagnose device-level blocking, but we cannot guarantee delivery on a device whose settings prevent it.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current term and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. We may terminate for material breach, non-payment, or use prohibited under section 6. On termination your data remains available for 30 days and is then deleted.

10. Warranties and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account administrators by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
